About Package control

Package control is a Sublime Text package manager that makes it easy to find, install and keep packages up-to-date.

The simplest method of installation is through the Sublime Text console. The console is accessed via the ctrl+ shortcut or the View > Show Console menu. Once open, paste the appropriate Python code for your version of Sublime Text into the console.

Step 1 - Install Package Control in Sublime Text

  • Make sure you have Package Control installed in your copy of Sublime Text by pressing cmd + Shift + p and typing Package Control: Install Package.
  • If Package Control doesn't show up you need to install it:

Sublime 3 Users:

  • Open Sublime Console: Menu View > Show Console.
  • Paste the following code:
